Potato chicken pineapple pie

Step 1: Prepare the mash
Boil the potatoes in a layer of water with 3 bay leaves, olive oil, herbs of Provence, 3 cloves of garlic, half a peeled pineapple, salt and pepper, soy cooking cream. Drain and mash together until smooth.

Step 2: Chicken and vegetable filling
Fry the chicken fillet with white and red onion. Then add the tomato and parsley. Add the vegetables and fry everything for another 10 minutes (total approx. 15 minutes).

Step 3: Build the oven dish
Grease an oven dish with linseed oil and olive oil.

Place a layer of mash on the bottom and brush with beaten egg.

Add the chicken and vegetable mix. Season with chili powder, black pepper and a pinch of ajinomoto.

Divide 200 grams of Apetina white cheese cubes over it.

Cover with a final layer of egg and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Step 4: Baking
Bake the casserole for 25 minutes at 160°C in a preheated oven.

Result
A fragrant, slightly spicy dish with fresh notes of pineapple, creamy cheese and nutritious oils.
